Information we use

We process the contact details and business profile you provide, vehicle records, photos, appraisal information and conversations you submit. We also keep sign-in, consent and delivery records to operate and protect the service.

Sharing and service providers

Vehicle information and conversations are shared with authorized participants. Private business notes and pricing stay restricted to the relevant business. We use providers including DigitalOcean for hosting, Supabase for identity and storage, and Twilio for messaging. Providers process information needed to deliver those services. Processing may occur outside your country.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share only what service providers need to deliver Lotwire messaging or what is required by law.

Your choices and retention

Text updates are optional. You can change text preferences in your account or reply STOP. Contact hello@lotwire.app to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We retain information as needed to provide the service, keep consent and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and security

Lotwire uses cookies for sign-in, workspace selection, preview access and language preferences. We restrict access to accounts and private files, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Stop, restart or get help

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to +1 (360) 777-7655 to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also contact hello@lotwire.app. To resume after STOP, reply START and enable vehicle texts in your account. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
