Using Lotwire
Lotwire helps automotive businesses organize vehicle appraisals, offers and conversations. Use your own verified contact details and only represent businesses you are authorized to act for. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for having permission to upload or share content.
Appraisals and transactions
An appraisal or offer in Lotwire is not a vehicle inspection, guaranteed market value or guarantee of a completed sale. Participants must independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, pricing and the terms of any transaction. Lotwire does not take custody of vehicles or settle payments between participants.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use Lotwire for spam, unlawful content, impersonation or unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse to protect the service and its users. Features may be limited during the pilot, and messaging depends on carrier availability. Do not use Lotwire for emergencies. Contact hello@lotwire.app for support or account closure.
Optional vehicle texts
After verifying your mobile number, you can choose vehicle texts during account setup or in Account & recovery. The checkbox starts unchecked. Saving that choice permits Lotwire vehicle invitations, appraisal updates and conversation replies at that number. A login code verifies your identity; it does not subscribe you to vehicle texts. You can use the app without subscribing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
One-time vehicle invitations
A Lotwire user may send one vehicle-specific invitation only after confirming that the named recipient previously asked or agreed to receive that invitation by text. The invitation identifies the sender, expires after seven days and does not enroll the recipient in recurring messages. The recipient must separately enable optional vehicle texts before Lotwire can send appraisal updates or conversation replies.
Stop, restart or get help
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to +1 (360) 777-7655 to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also contact hello@lotwire.app. To resume after STOP, reply START and enable vehicle texts in your account. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
